The four-star Hotel Růže is located right next to Hotel Malta, its sister hotel, very close to the mineral springs. You will be welcomed by smiling staff who will satisfy all your wishes.

Hotel has been partially reconstructed and partially newly built in 2006. You can enjoy the pleasant environment of a family hotel and its calming atmosphere.

There are parking spaces outside the hotel available to guests for CZK 200 per night.

  • Children under 2 are accommodated free of charge (cots available)
  • Pets are welcome – for CZK 150 per night

Payment cards (VISA, Maestro, EC/MC, American Express), Benefit Plus, Sodexo, Uniseque vouchers, cash payments and wire transfer.

The expiry date will be marked visibly on the voucher.


An advance bank account payment of 10% to 50% of the total price of the ordered spa services is only required in busy periods (Easter, Christmas, spa season opening, the International Film Festival). This payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Otherwise a reservation guarantee through the client's payment card is sufficient. Pre-authorisation is made by the card when the stay is ordered (blocked amount of up to 100%).

The following cancellation terms and conditions apply to the pre-authorised amount:

If the stay is cancelled by the guest:

  • More than 7 days before arrival = no cancellation fee
  • 6–3 days before arrival = 50% of the total price of services ordered
  • Later cancellations or no shows = 100% of the total price of services ordered

Any reservation changes and cancellations must be in writing (by e-mail or fax). Services can be inquired by phone but not ordered. A binding order and any other communication must be in writing.
