Bečov nad Teplou Castle

The originally gothic castle from the beginning of the 14th century was badly damaged during the Thirty Years' War and abandoned. A magnificent Baroque chateau was built close to the castle at the beginning of the 18th century.
There are several tour routes available to the public.
The St. Maurus Reliquary from the beginning of the 13th century is the biggest attraction – its value is comparable to the crown jewels.
In Bečov you can also visit the Baroque parish St. George's Church, the historical building of the Bečov town hall or the Museum of Historical Motorcycles and Toys in the square.
